Mondays 12.00 noon to 2.00pm
Thursdays 11.00am to 1.00pm

A two hour session for our more discerning Leisure Centre customers in the 40+ age group.

Exclusive use of various activities including badminton, aerobics, health suite and the fitness room (induction cardholders only).

Inductions for the gym are also available and, to test your fitness levels, you can have a fitness test where you will receive a profile of your results and a gym programme.
