Located within the popular Medway town of Chatham, Kent and near to both the M2 and M20 motorways, Lordswood Leisure Centre houses 4 suites that are perfect for your business needs.
Our suites are the perfect place for your business to host your next board meeting, training sessions, seminars, conferences, general meetings and more.
The different spaces offer flexible setups and capacities from 1 to 500 delegates (ideally up to 350 seated for comfortability).
Multiple suites can be hired to further increase the total capacity.

The Martin Grove Suite

The Martin Grove Suite provides an ideal setting for any event.
The attractive and versatile suite holds up to 150 people (depending on seating plans). The Martin Grove Suite is also fully air conditioned and decorated with a neutral theme which can be tailored to suit your taste by utilising the in-built multi-coloured lighting system.
The Martin Grove Suite is located on the first floor of the complex with access via stairs or lift.

The Quee Suite

The Quee Suite / Ancillary Hall is a perfect space for those mid-sized events.
The suite can either be plain or dressed with an optional internal marquee for that extra added touch. This suite hold up to 150 people. The suite also has the ability to be uplit in your choice of colour if required.
The Suite is also now fully air conditioned throughout providing both heating and cooling depending on the time of year.
The Quee Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex with access via stairs or ramp.

The Grand Quee Suite

The Grand Quee Suite / Main Hall is a perfect space for the larger event.
Similar to the Quee Suite, this suite can either be plain or dressed with an optional internal marquee for that extra added touch. This suite hold up to 500 people (350 comfortably seated) and also has the ability to be uplit in your choice of colour if required.
The flooring in the room can be either be left as the sports hall floor or fully carpeted in grey carpet for the added luxury.
The suite is also now fully air conditioned throughout providing both cooling and heating depending on the time of year.
The Grand Quee Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex with access via stairs or ramp, it is also situated nearly opposite the Quee Suite in case extra capacity for your event is required.

The Reception Suite

The Reception Suite is a perfect space for the more intimate events.
This suite is ideal for a small classroom or board room setup with around 20-30 delegates.
The Reception Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex next to the reception area, access to the suite is on level ground to the centre entrance. It is just a short walk away from the Grand Quee and Quee Suites which makes it perfect as a side or break out room to these suites or for event storage.
This suite has an in-built, wall mounted 75″ TV screen with 2x HDMI connections on the wall.

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is a perfect space for medium sized meetings and events.
This suite is ideal for a classroom or board room setup with around 50-60 delegates around tables.
The Garden Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex, you can use the exit from the main reception area into the garden area, where the suite is located.
Access to the suite is on level ground via the main leisure centre entrance (there is a small door threshold to cross) down into the garden or via it’s dedicated entrance directly from the car park which is via a small ramp but level.
It is just a short walk away from the Grand Quee and Quee Suites which makes it perfect as a side or break out room to these suites.
This suite has an in-built, wall mounted 85″ TV screen with 2x HDMI connections on the wall.
It also has an installed ceiling mounted sound system with bluetooth connectivity.
The suite features dimmable main lighting and multi-coloured feature lighting that can be set to your choice of colour if required.
It is worth nothing that there are no toilets attached to this suite, instead delegates must use the main leisure centre facilities that are a short walk from the Garden Suite, plans are in place to add a toilet block to the building in the future.
The Garden Suite is also an external building to the main leisure centre building and requires access via the garden area.
