Spanning roughly 100 sq metres, The Garden Suite is purpose-designed for comfortable, intimate gatherings where your guests feel connected without being crowded.
- Guest Capacity: Comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests for evening parties, family celebrations, and wedding receptions.
- Seating Included: Standard configurations typically include 4 tables of 10 alongside matching chairs, set and ready for your arrival.
- DJ/Band & Dancefloor Area: The layout leaves dedicated space at the far end of the suite for a DJ/Band setup and a dancefloor area, making it ready for evening entertainment.
We also have a built-in sound system for background music with bluetooth connectivity.

The In-Built Bar

Hosting an evening party or celebration? The Garden Suite features its own dedicated, purpose-built private bar.
Stocked with a curated range of bottled beers, ciders, popular spirits, mixers, and canned soft drinks, your guests can enjoy prompt drink service without ever needing to leave the room.
Ceremony Licensing Regulations:
In accordance with UK law, no alcohol may be served, sold, or consumed in the room or immediate area where a civil marriage or partnership ceremony takes place during the proceedings or immediately beforehand.
The in-built bar remains closed throughout your ceremony and will open promptly once formal vows and proceedings conclude.

Near-Term Booking Window (Up to 3 Months in Advance)
As The Garden Suite is often paired with the Grand Quee Suite for weddings and civil ceremonies, dates are initially held to give our wedding couples priority booking options.
Any dates not reserved for ceremonies or additional hire are then officially released for standalone private functions and parties three months in advance.

You have priority to add The Garden Suite to your booking until 3 months before the date before it is available for another customer booking.

Dates can be confirmed up to 3 months in advance of your event date.
