I started my fitness journey in body building over 10 years ago and grew a passion for the “feel good factor” of training and decided to share my passion of training by becoming a personal trainer in which I have been qualified since 2015 There is no better feeling for me than when I see my client achieve their goals, whether it be hitting their target weight, dropping a dress size, beating their best time on cardio or by pressing a heavier weight.What I say to my clients is ” TRUST THE PROCESS” you can achieve your goal but how badly do you want it?? When I first started lifting weights all them years ago I was ridiculed by a few people saying that I was going to get big and bulky and look like a man. Ladies please don’t be afraid to lift weights your not going to turn into a man, lifting weights is a way of sculpturing your body into achieving your goals.
I am a 49 year old mum to 3 older children (1 Girl , 2 Boys) in which the boys are very sports minded so they understand the dedication and drive in what it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle.
