Only by applying great pressure and tremendously high temperature over a long period of time should an ordinary lump of coal transform into a diamond. I believe in my clients while supporting them every step of the way by creating well structured programs to suit their individual needs. Together we create a challenging environment in which we thrive and improve. Consistency is the name of the game, progress is the most likely outcome.

I understand that it can be a daunting and intimidating experience walking through those doors which is why I listen well and cater all of my programs to the individual.I’ll walk with you to build your confidence as well as your strength and endurance. I started my fitness journey at a young age with a keen interest in martial arts. From there, I searched for ways in which I could improve my strength, stamina and flexibility so I started training from home but was limit with what I could do. A couple of years later, I joined a gym and found many like minded people who were there, like me, to better themselves and there quality of life. Now, I help people reach their goals and improve there life’s by showing them the importance of regular exercise.

I started my fitness journey in body building over 10 years ago and grew a passion for the “feel good factor” of training and decided to share my passion of training by becoming a personal trainer in which I have been qualified since 2015

There is no better feeling for me than when I see my client achieve their goals, whether it be hitting their target weight, dropping a dress size, beating their best time on cardio or by pressing a heavier weight. What I say to my clients is " TRUST THE PROCESS" you can achieve your goal but how badly do you want it??

When I first started lifting weights all them years ago I was ridiculed by a few people saying that I was going to get big and bulky and look like a man. Ladies please don't be afraid to lift weights your not going to turn into a man, lifting weights is a way of sculpturing your body into achieving your goals.

With so many fads and non-tailored exercise programmes around it can be hard to know which way to turn. We are all individual and that’s exactly how I like to train people. I’ve found over the years that a holistic, tailored approach to training and nutrition gives the fastest results.First and foremost, it’s best to identify clear goals and address lifestyle factors so that you can be in the best shape ever!
I’ve been a personal trainer and sports massage therapist since 2004 and during that time I have continued to learn new techniques and undertak-en numerous further education courses so that I can give the best advice and help possible.
